"My doctor gave me samples of a new medication, and I was so pleased with the outcome. He said it was pricey, however, when I went to the pharmacy, I nearly fell over when they told me the cost! I walked away without the medication, and felt defeated.
Luckily, my neighbor told me about the International Medication Program through Rx101. I am paying a mere fraction of what the pharmacy was charging. I love the convenience of having my medications shipped right to my door."

We only use Tier 1 countries. Just as the Unites States has the FDA, these countries have their own government agencies tasked with the approval of medications, abiding by rules for generics, facility inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are being followed, guaranteeing that medications include the active/incactive ingredients listed, and making sure packaging included the correct medication.
Plus, all of the medications are government approved. The names of these agencies are:
Canada: The Pharmaceutical Drugs Directorate (PDD)
United Kingdom: The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care

Australia: Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) within the Department of Health
Turkey: The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TMMDA)India: Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) under Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare

We all know that generic medications offer safe, high-quality medicine at a, “fraction of the cost of a brand-name drug. In fact, once a generic medication hits the market, prices tend to fall by 60-80%. The problem is that many other drugs we rely on today are not yet available generically in the U.S. The good news is that this is not the case in other countries! The law in several countries allow medications to enter the market nearly 20 years sooner than in the U.S. As a result, generic medications are available for virtually every brand-name drug.
The law in several countries allow medications to enter the market nearly 20 years sooner than in the U.S. As a result, generic medications are available for virtually every brand-name drug. Generics are generally named after the active ingredients in the medication, but brand names can vary from country to country.
India is an excellent example of how India's and the United States's Pharmaceutical industries are intertwined. This isn't apparent to patients who simply walk into a U.S.-based retail pharmacy, and never question where those medications came from. The largest producer of generic medications in the world. India’s Pharmaceutical Industry is the 4th largest in the world. Many of the generic drugs on the shelves at your local US pharmacy come from drug companies in India, and other countries – the same drug companies we buy from. Plus, many of the brand-name drugs in the United States are manufactured with base ingredients supplied by India. India sells the exact same brand name drugs; they just have a different economy of scale so everything is far less expensive.
Our pharmacies are CIPA (Canadian Internet Pharmacy Association) approved suppliers. Furthermore, our pharmacies follow Pharmacy Checker protocols regardless of whether they are in the verification program or not.
Brand names are called by different names in different countries. However, one thing is certain: all ingredients in a brand name regardless of the name are identical to those in the United States. Naming protocols for generics typically name the active ingredent(s) in the name.
